If you died today, where will you go?  This is a very simple and point blank question, but the one question every one will be faced with at sometime.  There are only two answers for this question, Heaven or Hell.  If you can't say for sure that you will go to Heaven, chances are you aren't.  Hell is a place of eternal punishment, where you will be burning day and night.  Luke 16 describes Hell as a real place, where you will still feel the pain, agony and torment of the eternal punishment we all deserve.  But through the grace and blood of Jesus Christ we can be saved from eternal punishment.  You see Jesus Christ died on the cross some two thousand years ago just for you and me.

<>< Romans 3:23 says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."  This means that we all have sinned and fall short of God's glory.

<>< Romans 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord."  The pay (wage) for the sin in our life is death.  But God has a gift for you, and that gift is eternal life with Him, through Jesus Christ.

<>< Romans 10:9-10 says, "That if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.  For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."

It is as simple as the ABC's.  Admit~ that you are a sinner, and that you deserve the punishment of Hell.  Believe~ that Jesus died on the cross and rose again, for you and me.  Confess~ that you need Him to come into your life and save you from Hell.  If you admit and believe that Jesus died for you, not just a little, I mean believe it wholeheartedly, then confess it with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord."   Your next step is to find you a good church home.  We of course would love to have you join us at Forest.  If you have made a decision please tell us about it by sending us an email we would love to hear from you.
